By the close of the year, a total of 88 clients had received risk reduction counseling.
The key issues of focus during the counseling sessions included the following; HIV prevention, opportunistic infection management, disclosure, behavioral change, ART adherence, risk reduction assessment, drug therapy, family relationship.
Different types of counseling were used to deliver the various packages of information to the clients and these are; individuals’ one to one counseling and couple counseling.
